With 20 years’ experience in the local property market, Neil had an interest in property from a young age, trawling through the pages of the property supplement in the Bolton Evening News when the family were looking to move from their first home in Daubhill. It was somewhat inevitable that he would one day find himself working in the industry.
Beginning his career as a trainee negotiator, his natural affinity for the job and people, saw a swift progression through the ranks of negotiator, valuer and manager, where he became a well-known and respected member of the profession, renowned for his professional, yet friendly demeanour, his ability to put clients at ease and commitment to ensuring the highest level of service, always willing to go beyond the call of duty.
More recently, Neil has achieved further success in qualifying as a residential surveyor, achieving AssocRICS status and becoming a RICS Registered Valuer, adding another level to his already extensive knowledge of the property industry.
